Chiebijin, a famous sake from Bungo
I've heard of it, but this is the first time I've had it.
And yet, it was backed up from the very beginning.
The taste of rice with a hint of sweetness.
The taste peaks right after swallowing.
Then it fades out into a refreshing aftertaste.
Because of this peak and lingering taste
I wonder if this peak and lingering aftertaste enhances both the sake and the snacks.
The Western style snacks also go well with it.
