Polishing: 55 / Brewing water: "Koganei Well" (natural spring water) / Toji: Takejyo Ishihara
I posted about this yesterday, but my impression of it changed greatly on the second day, so I'll record it again for future reference.
After finishing it, the fish on the back of the label was revealed.
Compared to yesterday's impression of "the unfiltered", today's impression is more mellow and beautiful.
I can only say it in a rough way, but it's a clear and polite sake with only the best parts of unfiltered.
I want to enjoy this change next time I drink it!
