ぷれーり
Today seems to be Shinsei day.
When I compared colors drinking before, I couldn't tell the difference at all.
The aroma has a characteristic wooden barrel feel.
When you drink it, it's sweet! (I don't remember it being this sweet before (for Shinsei). In the aftertaste, the sourness prevails, but the sweetness feels fresh!
Is this a characteristic of the improved Shinsei as it says on the label? Or is this the trend in sake production this year?
