It's Instrument Masamune 2021Session3 Special Junmai-shu. The name is difficult, but the taste is rather complex. It says it's for aperitifs, but we enjoyed it as an aperitif. The fruity taste is probably apple based, and it's still going strong no matter how many glasses I drink~ I thought, but it's 13 degrees alcohol. I see. It was a sake that was light, but had a decent amount of flavor and fruity taste. I can drink a lot of it!
