It has a deep, full flavor with a light, refreshing taste that is typical of Shizuoka sake. Neither the standing nor the hint of aroma stands out much. It is a good, elegant sake, but the CP is not so good. I think the price is 1.5 times higher than sake with similar specs, taste, and aroma.
