Out of the gate, Junmai Dry. I don't know if it's dry, so I don't think it should be called dry.
It is marked with the Tochigi mark, which means that it is made with rice from Tochigi. I was very surprised to find that it tasted like I was drinking sake lees. It's like you're drinking sake lees!
