Isohaman is a winter limited edition. The rice used is special A Yamadanishiki and the polishing ratio is 55% Junmai Ginjo sake!
I couldn't get over the excitement of taking out the sake in the aluminum bag. When I opened the bottle, it had a refreshing aroma, and when I put it in my mouth, it had a mellow, sweet taste, but the aftertaste was clean and tight, and I wanted to drink it again. Anyway, it was a well-balanced sake that was versatile enough to go with any meal, including nabe and sashimi, as it had a taste that was easy to match with food!
