The other day I drank an unfiltered, raw sake called Omine that was so delicious that I immediately bought another brand of the same Omine 🍶 This one is made with Omachi 🌾. I preferred the unfiltered Yamadanishiki sake because of its sweetness, but this Omine is also really delicious! By the time I took the photo for publication, it was almost gone... You may think that I'm not into the well-known Omine at this point, but I wanted to keep all the seasonal ones in check this RY 😊. <Details The fruit aroma reminds me of melon 🍈This may be the first time I've ever thought so clearly that it is melon! I think this might be the first time I've ever thought "melon" so clearly. There is a slight sense of gas. The taste is clear with minerality and soft sweetness, and although it is Omachi, the umami is strong and moderate. Compared to the unfiltered raw Yamadanishiki sake, the sweetness is lessened and the sensation is more refreshing. It also has a slightly stronger umami.
