3. ume no yado Un series. unfeigned (from the heart) saké. Seasonal. The mouthfeel is sweet and a little thick with some acidity. On the second day, the sweetness increases further, like a sweet white wine. Junmai Ginjo Nama, 60%, about 1600 yen, Otsuka Sake Brewery in Honmachi.
