I like eels, but I don't dare to eat domestic eels, and I'm not so sure about eating foreign eels either. I have had Junmai before, but this one is darker and has a lingering umami taste. I had it at a corner bar, and it went well with the hot pepper snack you can buy at the cash-on counter (lol).
This is my second time drinking this sake, but the first time was on my birthday when it was bottled, so I felt like I was destined to drink it. ✨🤣
