I bought this bottle on a trip to Yamagata: ✈️
It was recommended to me by a friend who asked me what is sold locally!
I guess I can't drink Nama sake as often as I used to...
This one tastes like it's still alive, with a very strong gaseous taste and a slightly stronger aroma!
The taste itself is less sweet and more bitter, my first impression was beer 🍻.
It's a new sensation ✨
I had it with my hometown yakitori on this day!
