The second half of October has arrived. Old men in costume parades peeked into taverns here and there with gulps of sake in their hands and said, "If you don't give me sake, I'll play a trick on you!
"Give me some sake or I'll do something naughty!
They are not so bad.
This time, I'd like to introduce you to a scene a bit similar to that of the "Nagu goiinega! This year again, we opened a bottle of sake from Akita Prefecture, which is well-known for its similarity to such a scene.
It has a fruity rice aroma with a moderate sweetness. It is rather bitter, but not unpleasant and does not linger. I had to put the bottle away immediately after pouring it into my glass, or I would have poured myself another glass.
But I don't know why, although it tastes good, I don't feel the urge to gulp it down. This shows that I have not yet gotten over the aftereffects of the Corona.
