Mizubasho新酒 直汲み純米吟醸生原酒
ずおとん
At a sake store, we had the opportunity to try a new sake, a junmai ginjo, and a junmai daiginjo midori, all of which were recommended by the brewer. The Junmai Daiginjo Midori was my personal favorite because it was well-balanced and very beautiful, but I bought this one because it is only available for a limited time.
It has a gaseous taste characteristic of new sake and is soft with a slightly rough taste, and even though it has a high alcohol content, it is not too alcoholic and is easy to drink. It has a slight graininess and a fruity aroma like ripe melon, with a hint of umami and acidity. It was a treat!
