<Sturdy, retro, delicious, sweet, aged... It's Chidori Masamune, a guy I was curious about because a regular who knows a lot about sake praised it highly. I heard that he rarely comes out from his hometown Sanda, Hyogo. Nice to meet you. It's retro and nice to look at. The aroma is slightly honey sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you will find a sweet and sour taste with a sense of maturity. Then, it's full of sweetness and sourness. I also like the hint of alcohol that passes through the nose. It is not only retro in appearance but also retro in taste. It's delicious! This is also not aged, but it has a lot of aged feeling. And it is aluzoe. On this day, we had Ryujinmaru Ginjo & Daiginjo, Kikutaka Honjozo, and all of these. Well, Kikutaka is a real aged one. I like it even more when I warm it up by hand to room temperature. This type of sake is best served at room temperature. It looks good even if it is heated. If I were to compare it to Ghibli, I'd say it's like Kurotoi from "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. It has a lot of flavor and ambition. He's a commoner by birth, but he's got guts too. Also, he's actually surprisingly young (27). Satisfaction: ★★★★ I'll post the full version on the blog, complete with character images. If you'd like, you can search for "korune-sake" or come from the link in my profile section.
