Kariho is made with Akita Shinshu-boro, JSA No. 6 yeast, and a new sake brewing rice, Momota 😊.
Unlike the old Kariho, which was sharp like a sword, this sake has a soft melon banana aroma with a fullness, a little bitterness and a sharpness at the end that is typical of Kariho... it's Kariho but new 😌.
This is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed with food and has the right amount of glamour 😊.
