Another Mimuro cedar today.
Junmai Daiginjo-Shu Mirai.
The hiyaoroshi was so good that I had to have the junmai-daiginjo as well, even though the price was quite aggressive.
Of course it was delicious, but it did not have the same impact as the hiyaoroshi, and compared to the price, it may have been disappointing.
It seemed to have been opened around June, so it could not be helped.
I was reminded of the importance of freshness in sake.
