I have home-aged this flagship in ice for three years and was amazed at how fresh it was at first sip. I was surprised by its freshness at first sip.
The first sip reveals a silky center with a good body and gasiness that gives it definition.
As the temperature rises, the smoothness and sweetness increase, but the bitterness on the back end gives the wine an excellent sharpness, and the whole flow is too elegant. It is delicious.
