The taste is fruity, refreshing and sweet. Slightly effervescent.
Purchased at a local liquor store. I was told by the liquor store that it goes well with broiled eel, so I used it as an accompaniment to stone-roasted bibimbap on a hot plate, thinking it would go well with something with a strong flavor. The taste of the sake was not overpowered by the richness of the meal, and my mouth felt refreshed. It was quite a good marriage.
I think it was not too sweet and more refreshing than Manzaku no Hana that I had drunk before. Very tasty!
