Today we went to Fujiki Shoten Shinjuku So-honten to fill in the area where Sakegawa-san has not been drinking. I thought, "Well, they have Tenpiki, Reimei, and Rokujyosu here," but they ran out of Reimei. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
I decided to start from the south, so I had a bottle of Junmaiyasu Junmaiyoshu Yamadanishiki from Nagasaki. It has a clean taste and a refreshing feeling. I was surprised to find that most of the sake from the south have a strong taste. It may be that Reimei is just out of the woods.
