Smoked rainbow trout, of which we caught a lot, are served with a cup of bliss. A pleasant tingling sensation, not quite microcarbonation, spreads over the tongue. It's like a little bit of Doburoku's wildness added to the dry, refreshing taste. (Personal opinion).
