I took the Shinkansen to Kyoto.
I opened the next bottle because 180ml of Kamo Nishiki was not enough.
It is supposed to rain from tomorrow, so I wanted to enjoy sakura🌸 at least to get in the mood.
I carried it around with me, so there is a lot of lees on it.
The bottle was opened with a gassy feeling.
The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. It has a pleasant astringent taste and is well balanced.
It's probably young melon or banana.
It's also delicious... but you have to save it 😅.
