with Tanokuro-mame (soybean) from Hayama, Kawahagi (leatherfish) from Sashima with soy sauce, fried Jinta (kid of horse mackerel), sashimi of red squid
We got Tanokuro-mame, which is sold only two weeks a year.
We also got liver breaded kingfish at Sashima fishing port.
Chiyomusubi There is no reason not to go well with it.
It's moderately sweet like a raw sake, but it's not overpowering, and it's super delicious. I like this sake.
The 1st day
with snow crab from Sakaiminato fishing port, grilled nodoguro with salt
We got it on our trip to Shimane, Tottori and Hiroshima.
The ban on red snow crab is lifted. It is troublesome to eat, but it is the best match with Chiyomusubi. After all, local production for local consumption!
