100% Comet from Hokkaido is used for the rice.
It has a sweet flavor with a touch of gas. It's relatively calm in Eikoh-fuji. I think the label of Eikoh-fuji is beautiful every time.

It's been a while since I've been to Bic Camera, but they had Eikoh-Fuji. I don't want to buy it at BIC liquor store, but I can't help it because there are few stores which have Eikoh-Fuji. The other stores are too far away and the staffs have bad attitude.

I think it was Koshi and Eikoh Fushi that got me into the sake swamp. It was Ottersai and Tamanomitsu that got me into drinking sake.

I've been wanting to drink Morinokuma-san and Sake Mirai at home, but there are too few distributors to keep up. The ones near me only get spot shipments, not the super limited ones.
