熊谷 朋之
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop online.
Made with 21% Misoshiki and 79% Akita Sakekomachi from Akita Prefecture.
The rice polishing ratio is 45%, the alcohol content is 16 degrees, and the sake content is +9.
I had only a little over a pint of Senkou left, so I went on to drink Yukino Bijin.
It has a richer taste than Senkou.
For a sake degree of +9, it has a good amount of umami and sweetness.
The sourness in the background complements the flavor, so it's great on its own or with Japanese food. I think. (^○^)
I was able to end the day happily again today. Thank you very much. (⌒-⌒)
