The rice used is Tamasakae produced in Shiga Prefecture. It's a very impressive label! I don't understand the sweetness of the corn, but who is this girl? And grilled corn in the morning? As for the taste of the corn, I felt that it was a greenish corn that was harvested a little early, but the sweetness was quite moderate. The acidity is very characteristic and juicy. At best, it's like a pear. I was a little disappointed because it was not to my liking, but it is a brewery that produces interesting sake. I️ will keep an eye on it.
