I wanted to try this sake, and it seems my mother bought it for me at my parents' house.
It is delicious. I think it is sweet but has a nice sharpness.
Many sake breweries in Yamaguchi Prefecture are very active.
Harada and Yamagata near my parents' house are also healthy. I'm looking forward to seeing them.
