It smells like sweet rice, ponzu, and the sweetness of dashi. In the mouth, it is sweet for one second, and after that, it has a complex bitter taste. The aftertaste is short. It goes terribly well with Wasabi. It would go well with fatty meat with Wasabi and salt and pepper. P.S. When the temperature rises, a nutty aroma comes out.
