Purchased before Obon vacation and opened today.
The aroma is mildly sweet.
There is no sense of gas, and the acidity is strong.
I imagined it to be heavy because it is called Yamahai, but perhaps because of the low alcohol content, it is easy to drink.
I enjoyed it with spare ribs in marmalade and vinegared cucumber and wakame seaweed.
