The color is as clear as can be, and the liquid is silky.
The aroma is not strong and looks dry.
As you can imagine from the aroma, it is crisp and dry. There is a hint of bitterness at the back.
There is almost no aftertaste.
It is a beautiful sake.
But it's hard for me because I like sweet sake now.
