The taste is firm, but the aftertaste is refreshing.
It's a good unfiltered sake with a fresh and tangy aroma.
I'm glad I packed it on 3/5!
It goes well with fatty sashimi.
It is also good with a little strong flavored snacks.
With zunda daifuku, the sake will win out!
