Royski
This bottle was sitting in the back of someone's wine rack. A surprise to find and drink.
As for the sake, it is one of the more unique profiles I have had. It open with hardly any aroma. I couldn't quite pin a smell. The favor is of a soft pear. The alcohol doesn't bite at all. Very smooth with a bit heavier of a body. As it washes off the toung, there is a brief hint of mint. Something I have never had with sake, but very much enjoy.
