This is the first Wakakoma we purchased on a recent trip to Utsunomiya. It is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake with a 90% rice polishing ratio of Aizan.
It has a fruity aroma like apple, dry taste, and clear bitterness. It has no sweetness, so it is a sake that goes down easy.
