I have tasted Junmai-shu, including seasonal new sake, Harusake, and Natsuzake, but this time it is Junmai-shu, which is usually available at supermarkets. At first, it feels dry at the throat, but the gorgeousness fades away by the end. It is a sake that epitomizes the deliciousness of Haruyinginchu.
