It has a nice, fruity, sweet taste on the palate, but once it passes the throat, it becomes a little spicy and bitter, so you never get bored of it.
I had it with nabe (hot pot) and it was delicious!
I drank it with soup stock and it was amazing!
Next, I had a bowl of sashimi!
