First time drinking kijoshu
I was surprised at how sweet it was when I drank it because it was made with sake without water.
It was sweet like champagne and easy to drink, but personally I thought it was too sweet.
That's my impression.
However, if sake is used instead of brewing water, the price is likely to be higher, but why is there not much difference?
I was wondering why the price is so high if they use sake instead of brewing water.
