🍶 Pure Bloom is a delightful junmai ginjo sake from Japan. We were thoroughly impressed with its subtle flavors ofcreamy note that intrigued us. After some research, we discovered that the creamy nuance was white chocolate—what a pleasant surprise!
🍴Today, I paired Pure Bloom with shishito peppers for a light snack.
🌾 All in all, my boyfriend loved it so much. For me, though, it was a tiny bit too sweet—I think I'd prefer it to be a little drier.
