The second bottle of the New Year is not Ni-Uto, but Nama-zake (🐺), which I purchased at a sake brewery visit event in the fall.
I tasted both the hi-ire and the nama-shu, and was told that the nama-shu was only brought to events, etc., and I liked the taste, so I bought it 🐇.
The aroma is sweet and melon-like, and the mouthfeel has a slight gasiness, a gentle sweetness, and a bright acidity that flows nicely through the mouth with a slight aftertaste.
I was surprised at how much it changed since I had the impression that it was more bitter than sour when it was fire-brewed.
The president of the company was here and asked me to look forward to seeing the zodiac labels and what kind of pattern they would be, and I was glad to see that they were playful and fun again 😆.
The turtle tail label was also a fun and playful pattern 😆 I wanted to put the turtle's shell on my back lol.
I was told 😆.
The zodiac labels are sitting at home and I'll post them as soon as possible: ⭕️
