Two summers aged ⁉︎ It has a smooth drinking mouthfeel and a kind of sparkling taste. It reminds me of an ear of rice🌾.
It has aged beautifully and has a crisp, dry and sharp taste. Delicious ‼️
Naikaya, where have I heard of this brand, what is it? I thought to myself, they are the brewery of the whisky Saburomaru! Lots of interesting and hard to find sake from Toyama!
A souvenir from my cousin's brother. It was nice to have a drink together for the first time in many years, even if it was only for a short time!
