The spiciness and bitterness were immediately overwhelmed by the umami.
I paired it with bonito first,
The spiciness is a little bit subdued and the sake goes on drinking.
Alas, I drank almost half of it.
The second day was pork and daikon steamed with sake,
No good, they went too well together.
I usually take almost a week to enjoy the change in flavor, but I ended up drinking it all in two days.
And the beer?
The beer is KIRIN's Autumn Flavor, which I enjoyed last month.
I wondered if it tasted better because I poured it twice last month.
So this time, I topped it up once,
It tasted a little bitter, but it was as good as ever.
But it was still a delicious beer.
I should buy it in bulk before it runs out.
