Tonight was the debut of Nanamizu, which I had been curious about. From the opening of the bottle to the first sip, the impression was a typical sweet and savory type. But later on, it became crisp and dry, with a nice crispness. As I got used to drinking it, I could feel the juiciness after the sweetness and deliciousness, which made it even more to my liking.
I'd like to try the others as well. Yum!
For my entree, I went with the pickled sea bream, thinking of the chazuke (rice with tea) that is served at the end of the meal.
