This is my first Shinsei! I happened to go there and found it there. No notice!
I had it to finish off my trip to Sendai!
When drunk cold, the rice flavor comes with a bang, and there is a sharp acidity. But it also has a sweetness like mango and a little bit of oak aroma, so it smells like cocoa. I thought it was similar to the aroma I get when I drink whiskey, but they use oak barrels. So it's the same there!
After leaving it at room temperature for a while, the meloniness becomes stronger.
