This sake is a collaboration of three breweries from Owari, Chita, and Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture. The sake rice is Yume-Ginko, and it was sold exclusively at the Chohyo Spring Festival held in April. It is sweet and a little tingly on the tongue, with a slightly sour aftertaste. I was able to purchase the remaining two sake breweries we collaborated with today, Shikishima and Gikyo, and look forward to drinking them. 2,420 yen.
