The second sake of the New Year was a zodiac bottle of Hiran, purchased online from Hamadaya Sake Shop in Oamishirasato, Chiba Prefecture. This time it was brewed at Aizan.
The top aroma is mildly lemony and refreshing, with a pleasant slight effervescence on the palate. The taste is sweet like white peaches and bananas, followed by bitterness. Clean and refreshing aftertaste. Delicious!
