Non-pasteurized Future Sake II: The World of High Temperature Fermentation
I think this will be the last sake we will have before the end of the year 😉.
Kaze no Mori is one of my favorite sakes and I'm really looking forward to it 😁.
There is a sticker on the crown that says "The cork may fly off".
I was afraid to raise the crown a little and as soon as I did, it flew off 😰.
When I regained my composure and poured it into the glass, the aroma was fresh and strong. The aroma is fresh and strong, with a slight yellow tinge.
In the mouth, acidity, young melon sweetness, and a roasty bitterness spread from the tip of the tongue all at once 😆.
Soft carbonation, pleasant 😋.
The astringency and acidity remain in the mouth, leaving a lingering taste that is enjoyable 😍.
