This time it's Crimson Glory by Eiko Fuji!
I don't know why this name makes me so horny as an HR/HM lover... (blurts out)
When I poured it, it was as pink as its name!
I haven't had a different color since I drank Ine Mangaka some time ago...red yeast is amazing...
It tastes sweet! Sweet! A little sour! I love it! （So sweet!)
The sweetness is the main taste, and the sourness is just an afterthought.
The sake degree of -64 is not bad... Thanks to the light alcohol content of 10 degrees, it is easy to drink... but the sweetness makes it rather tiring to drink, lol.
However, I'm not sure if it can be called sake or not, it's kind of a neo-nihon-shu.
If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it!
