Isshaku Suisei Junmai Ginjo Yamadaho
Sake from Akita. This is a very precious sake that can only be drunk once a year. Precious Yamadaho rice is used for the sake rice.
The sake's delicious flavor spreads wildly in the mouth at once. It is dry with a hint of sweetness. When you finish it, there is a strong bitterness. Another sip and the bitterness makes the sweetness even clearer. Another sip and the remaining bitterness gives it an even rougher umami taste. If you alternate sweet and spicy, you can eat endlessly!
The range of flavors is so great that it is truly tsundere.
