I think it used to have more lees🤔.
Koji, lactic acid, cream stew... and fruity aroma of apple, pear, etc. in it 🍏.
Slightly effervescent, fresh, pear-like fruitiness.
Good rice flavor, strong bitterness in the second half, alcoholic 😋.
It's a crisp, wintery, windy taste: ❄️
I have felt in recent years that it is gentler or smoother to drink than before 😌.
