Yonemitsu ~BEIKO~ Watabune Version Black & White
I've been waiting for a chance to drink Houou Mita's 150th anniversary limited edition sake.
I am late in posting this, but I opened it on New Year's Day 🍶.
This is one of the two types of Hououmida's limited edition sake. As many of you may know, Watafune is the father of Yamadanishiki.
The other version, Pink & White, is made with Yamadaho, the mother variety of Yamada Nishiki.
It is more mellow than the sake we usually drink.

I've just opened a bottle of sake I've been saving 😋.
This year I had a bad year & bad direction ⤵️
I'm going to have a good purification at Hatsumode (New Year's visit to a shrine) and purify myself with sake afterwards 🍶.
