Takatsugu
Sake of the season for me. Otter Otter Tamaba Kumi. It is a twice-a-year product, but when I see it, I can feel the arrival of spring on my tongue.
This sake is served in a Japanese style wine glass. As you drink it, you will be surprised by its gorgeous ginjo aroma, and when it goes down your throat, you will feel its fruity, fresh sweetness and umami flavor. The versatility of the sake on its own makes it a luxurious sake that makes you wonder what dishes to pair it with.
I hope to be able to spend time with this sake again next year. It is one such bottle for me. Delicious ‼️
