Drinking at home. bottled in 2015, BY unknown. The color is pale yellow.
At room temperature, it has a mature and delicate flavor; at 45°C warmed, it has a softer flavor, more mature and crisp.
Although it is an aged sake, it is 50% polished and has a thin line at 14°C. It is not bad at room temperature, but it is not good at lukewarm temperature. It is not bad at room temperature, but we prefer it lukewarm.
